signal processing - Difference between Fine and Coarse Frequency Offset in OFDM -


i need explain project difference between fine , coarse frequency offset in ofdm signals. know frequency offset , carrier frequencies cannot understand terms "coarse" , "fine" refer to. terms used in gnu radio in schmidl , cox sync block.

most of google results take fine , coarse frequency offset granted , there no specific explanation.

can explain me?
