How to create thin setup for Windows MSI Installer? -


we have windows application in distribute whole msi package client in zip form. licensing feature , want allow users work in thin setup if download visual studio install, download files server , install rather download whole 20gb vs setup server.

we want use web-based installer in can manage licensing features too.
