How can I collect a particular type of data from all of the different existing websites -


suppose want collect weather information of city.

i don't want collect manually or particular weather api. want kind of existing websites. want collect data. want process data, according requirement. want create bot can dynamically read data existing websites.

i beginner, please advice me how can job. tell me whether can possible or not.
