amazon web services - How to make a private connect between instances in aws and IBM softlayer? -


background: have servers in aws us-east-1 region , softlayer dallas. have problem interconnect 2 network , make sure servers in 2 different cloud can communicate others .

i cant use vpn , know latency , quality of public network not stable.

how make direct private connect between instances in aws , ibm softlayer? equinix cloud exchange meet need?
