in enterprise network, possible intercept http requests , respond 302 redirect using tap/span/mirror port traffic

all end users traffic towards internet (rx/tx) mirrored new device, need examine http headers , apply logic decide whether redirect or not. if redirect required, need send 302 response users, users taken redirected page in web browser.
