gmail - Shared mailbox in Google G-Suite for company -


i can't understand how set shared mailbox company in g-suite. google groups don't work properly.

i need there 1 common mailbox, incoming letters come users in domain (or group). e.g. info@domain.com, or sales@domain.com sales department.

i have user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com, , need few common mailboxes. how in g-suite? i'm stack on it...

i've read g-suite , tryed setup google groups doesn't work (letters don't come).
