Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 cannot sync the file pulled from the GitHub -


our team using visual studio enterprise 2017 , github.

when 1 teammate creates new branch, creates new folder , adds new file it, merges master , push github. when other teammates pull local disk, can see physical file existing in folder. when open project using visual studio enterprise 2017, cannot see file in solution expo.

how solve problem? have done wrongly?
