r - Tableau Server - Rserve connection error after several calls -


i using tableau server 10.1 capability of running r scripts. have installed r-3.4.1 (windows version) in same machine tableau server is. also, have launched rserve r gui. have configured tableau server listen external service in port 6311 , set ip 127.0.0.1 (localhost). now, when publish dashboard r scripts seems work fine. but, after several calls rserve changing filters/parameters throws following connection errors:

then, if refresh dashboard, everythings works fine again.

it not user concurrency problem 1 user connected.

any ideas can causing error? if need more info can provide more.
