Create RSS feed from URL with "instant" update interval -


first things first, looking exists via website:

a site can create own rss feeds (.xml url's), writing website url, , writing code recognize patterns on site, , push notifications on phone when posted on website matches criteria. problem feed43 paid version, can update intervals of 1 hour. looking update lot closer instant (<5 minutes, preferably). suggestions on alternatives? or maybe theres different approach should consider? websites use not support rss have improvise.
