liquid - Shopify - Is it possible to filter by 'Vendor' -


it seems shopify allows filtering tags. if want filter vendor (which standard shopify field) first need create tags same name , manually use tags in filter sidebar.

is correct? seems unnecessary , more importantly makes dynamic updates difficult.

shopify doesn't allow filtration vendor @ moment (while keeping collection relation vendor).
