ethereum - 2nd GPU Hashrate Low - EVGA OC, Claymore, or Something Else -

i running following setup:

  1. asrock 970 extreme3 motherboard
  2. evga 850 watt titanium power supply
  3. evga 1060 gtx in pci-e x16 slot (x16 mode)
  4. evga 1060 gtx in pci-e x16 slot (x4 mode)
  5. claymore dual miner

using evga oc, have power set 50% , memory overclock @ +750 yields 22-22.5 mh/s eth (and fan speed around 20%/temp of 64-67c) on gpu 1.

on second card in x4 slot, has same evga settings giving 15 mh/s. stock 19.5 power @ 100%. power reduced drop low. gpu 1 has same power settings in x16 (x16 mode slot) , producing 22 mh/s.

if don't use evga oc leave them @ default/stock, claymore reports them both @ 19 mh/s in stock form.

what wondering why when using evga oc same settings both cards, why 2nd 1 on 7 mh/s slower.

could claymore issue? thought mb bios, when leave them both in stock form, equal... makes me wonder if it's weird evga oc. tried switching primary vga device pci-e pci in bios , no changes.

any ideas of how fix claymore sees them running equal @ 22 mh/s (which gpu 1 using same evga oc settings gpu2)?
