azure - Freeze Cloud Services for no billing -


we have few cloud services both vms , web worker roles in it. there way "freeze" or stop them not billed if want start them again?

i saw answers of them outdated.

unfortunately no. must delete cloud service deployment stop billing. stopped cloud service continue incur charges.
