php - ioncube loader issue in windows server 2012 r2 -


i tried install ioncube loader php 5.3 version on windows server 2012 r2. loader wizard page displays error follows.

the php version loader cannot determined - please check have valid ioncube loader.

thread safety - enabled. compiler - msvc9 (visual c++ 2008)
