Issue with Audio latency in Amazon alexa flash briefing skill -


i developing flash briefing both audio , text components.

in playback flow preamble, audio play, text speech, audio play, closing text speech in sequence after second text speech earcon dings , there 5 or more seconds of latency before final audio plays. both of audio files created , configured per amazon specifications , both hosted in different s3 buckets. not sure why there lag , creating it. or idea appreciated.

note: - alexa requires audio formatted , playing has lag.
