matplotlib - 3D Points visualization in Python -


i want visualize 3d points in python. used matplotlib toolkit, favorite. below sample code:

unfortunately, plot took time load. slow interact also. noticed since number data points huge (approximately 217088), hence not rendering properly.

any workaround, please?

i had problems large amount of objects in matplotlib, , i'm using glscatterplotitem display multiple dots in 3d space. opengl based display function in pyqtgraph library. rendering time couple of seconds disply running fluently millions of points. color space of natural image in 3d
