prestashop - Prestahop 1.6.1 admin save options - error 500 -


i have strange problem prestashop, moved store 1 hosting , 1 domain new one.

the store works, log admin panel normally. products can edit , save.

however, problem change setting in admin panel, when try change "preferences" tab - gets error 500.

i have no idea might wrong, maybe access settings? maybe htaccess?
