?title="filename.mp4 has 2 problems.
first, depends on server recognise query string value , use part of suitable content-disposition http response header. presumably server making request not support that.
second, if want put quote marks in url (and don't) can't use same quote marks use delimit html attribute value without escaping them. first " make end of href attribute.
downlaod="filename.mp4" has 2 problems.
first: download not spelt a before o.
second: browsers support download attribute same origin requests. making cross-origin request.
youtype in business of streaming videos people while displaying adverts. not going support directly downloading video files.
