linux - Unable to upgrade tensorflow to 1.3.0 -


my current tensorflow version 1.2.1, , want upgrade new version 1.3.0. download whl file website , type command in terminal:

sudo pip install --upgrade tensorflow_gpu-1.3.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl

but couldn't work. gives me following message:
