osx - How do I check the origin of all the network interfaces on my computer? -


when run ifconfig on computer, see lot of interfaces. basic ones, such eth0 , lo understand. however, there lot of other interfaces don't provide information in name i'd find out more about. have lot of vm's , docker containers have run in past, expect these, want know if there's way more information.
