javascript - Property getBBox does not exist on type SVGElement -


i'm using d3, , i'd use getbbox method svg elements have.

i'm using following: (d3selection.node() svgelement).getbbox(), typescript fails compile due error in title.

is svgelement wrong type use? can working using any instead, seems bit of "unclean" solution.

not svg elements have bounding boxes, <defs> instance doesn't, neither <title>, yes svgelement wrong type use. want svglocatable
