ubuntu 14.04 - Why my pulse secure fail to connect? -


i'm using pulse secure 5.3-1-build318 on ubuntu14.04 connect company's vpn. use command connect:

/usr/local/pulse/pulseclient.sh -h example.net -u user1 -p password -r users -u https://example.net/elx2/ -l 5

after message in terminal window saying "executing command : /usr/local/pulse/pulsesvc " , ends.

at end of log file there error messages: 20170820130204.154722 pulsesvc[p23992.t23992] dsclient.para auth error: failed (authenticate.cpp:19) 20170820130204.154773 pulsesvc[p23992.t23992] dsclient.error state login failed, error 104 (dsclient.cpp:381).

i'm in hotel , seems there proxy server, don't know if matters.

any idea happened?
