css - Animated pseudo elements and z-index - works in Firefox but not in Chrome -
in firefox pseudo elements behind div (this wanted achieve) in chrome on top. bug in chrome? knows how fix this? adding z-index div didn't me solve problem.
i've tried apply styles div:hover when hover on div element falls behind pseudo elements (in firefox, in chrome pseudo elements on top).
