twitter bootstrap 3 - Bootstrap3 disabletimeintervals doesn't work for disabling half hours -


i use datetimepicker, , can work block hours of specific dates. can't block half hours. instance block 2018-08-28 between hours 4pm-6:30pm. not possible or there wrong script?
