Android ADB quits on launch on windows 10 64 bit -


i have 64 bit windows 10, have installed necessary android sdk,build tools, platform-tools.

however whenever try launch adb command line, command prompt automatically quits.

i tried downgrading platform-tools also, didn't help.

are there specific dependencies adb work on windows ?
